Hargesheimer shows many people dressed up, walking around at 5 in the morning. This is not unusual for February 11th, since prior and up until the 11th people in Germany celebrate "Karneval" !!!

Immaculate, self-effacing and with a mix of light and shadow revealing every angle and surface, Stroller's photographs stressed geometry, transparency, timelessness- just like the buildings.
